As a carer once in a blue moon I cared for someone that touched my heart. Eileen you was one of those special ones ,the laughs we had ,I think my devilment brought out yours .It was a honour and a privilege to have been your friend I won't forget you and until we meet again fly high my lovely, all my love always Denise xxx

Some Memories of Gran/Eileen I have to say you are one of the strongest women I know, you fought till the very end and I am so glad I was able to be there for you 💖. I laugh at the memory, the first time we introduced you to McDonald’s and your favourite…chocolate milkshake! You were sitting there, saying how lovely it was and how you had never had it before, like you were a child again. This made the real kids laugh because they couldn’t believe you hadn’t had it before! Then whenever we came down to visit, it had to be McDonald’s for tea 😂 Oh and we mustn’t forget the ample cups of tea and cream cakes 🍰 were your favourite but I bet you won’t miss me saying “Drink more water Gran, the tea and lemonade isn’t enough” we did laugh. The long journey down each time to visit was made all worth while, when you would greet us with a big smile, a hug and always a warm welcome, for that I will always be grateful. We would put the world to rights, enjoyed the beautiful flowers in your garden and eachothers company, with much laughter along the way. Fly high Eileen/Gran you are sorely missed and I hope you’re having a little jig up there with everyone. Keep looking over us, as I know you will be. Shine bright 🕊️ 🌟 🌈 you will be sorely missed. Xx
